Overview
The OxyZen device provides real-time feedback on your mindfulness state by collecting and analyzing biological signals such as EEG, heart rate, and SpO2.
Biological Signal Data
When users wear the OxyZen device, it collects and provides real-time feedback on their biological signal data, including EEG, heart rate, and SpO2.
| Data | Description |
|---|---|
| Electroencephalogram (EEG) | Single-channel EEG data with a sampling rate of 256 Hz, measured in μV |
| Heart Rate (HR) | Ranges from 30 to 220 bpm |
| Blood Oxygen Saturation (SpO2) | Ranges from 70% to 100% |
Normal Value Range
- Resting Heart Rate:
60~100bpm - Blood Oxygen Saturation:
95~100%
TIP
To ensure accurate data collection, make sure the electrodes maintain good skin contact. If your skin is dry, wipe your forehead with a damp cloth.
The EEG data collected is the potential difference between the Fp1 and Fp2 electrodes. After the signal stabilizes, the value should be within the range of ±120 μV.
Algorithm Data
- The Calmness and Awareness values are calculated using BrainCo's AI algorithm, which combines EEG data from users and professional meditation practitioners. This algorithm is specifically designed to assess your mindfulness state while wearing the OxyZen headband.
- The Meditation Value is derived from the Calmness and Awareness values.
| Data | Description |
|---|---|
| Meditation Value | Range: [0~100], Active/Peaceful/Relaxed/Deep mindfulness |
| Calmness Value | Range: [0~100], Higher values represent greater calmness |
| Awareness Value | Range: [0~100], Higher values represent greater awareness |
| Drowsiness Value | Range: [0~100], Higher values represent greater drowsiness |
| Sleep Stage | WAKE/REM/LIGHT/DEEP |
